Wow! A whole month has passed by since the KG team was given the opportunity to serve the community. We cannot thank you enough for the tremendous amount of kind words and support we have received. In an effort to serve you better, we are constantly brainstorming ways to show our gratitude and improve your experience. That’s why we are excited to announce our new rewards program! It is integrated into our online ordering platform and will help us make sure our loyal customers earn free food or discounts. We began a trial run last week and didn’t realize so many would love the idea in just 1 day! Now, we are working quickly to be able to add more members to our rewards program by Wednesday (2/3/21). We plan to continuously roll out different rewards for our customers to earn. In the meantime, some program details are below:
What is the purpose of this new program?
To help customers earn rewards by using our online ordering system!
How do I sign-up if I’m not already enrolled?
Place an online order and pick up in-store. Once you are in-store, it will prompt us to enroll you in the program with your cell or email information. From there, you will be able to decide whether or not to subscribe to our notifications. We promise that we are far too busy (family operation) to bother you with spam and any text/email you receive will be for a free item or cash discount! If you choose not to subscribe to notifications, you still earn rewards but will miss out on extras.
I was signed-up, how do I use my rewards or know that I’m earning points?
Next time you are ready to place an online order, you will see use “Use My Rewards” in the check-out screen and it will detect the registered number and email.
What are the different kinds of rewards I can earn?
Once we can add more people, we will announce the rewards on the website this week!
